  • Superintendent – Missouri

    Are you an expert in heavy-highway/heavy-civil construction?

    Do you have a thorough knowledge and understanding of how to create and maintain look-ahead schedules?

    Can you coach, motivate, and empower your team members to perform and develop in their trade?

    Do you have  an in-depth understanding of budgets, production rates, and cost controls?

    Hardy Holding Group is the management organization for a heavy-highway/heavy-civil construction company based right here in the Midwest, Hardy Construction. We are looking for a Superintendent to lead our crews in Missouri.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven success as a superintendent, in a heavy-highway/heavy-civil construction environment.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and teamwork focused.
    • Deadline orientated with ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly while applying critical thinking.
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and project schedules.
    • Preferred certifications included: Current OSHA 30, CPR, First-Aid, and Workzone Safety.
    • Calm, professional, business-minded attitude.

  • Foreman - Missouri
