What we need:

• Civil engineering degree or applicable industry experience.
• Experience in bridge building, highway and heavy-civil construction, including grading, drainage, utilities, and concrete paving.
• Strong oversight abilities – ability to lead and manage field operations.

• Proven ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments.
